The Iwatayama Monkey Park on the slopes of Arashiyama. Over 170 monkeys live at the park. While the monkeys are wild, they have become accustomed to humans. The park is on a small mountain not far from the Saga-Arashiyama rail station. Visitors can approach and photograph the monkeys. At the summit is a fenced enclosure where visitors can feed the monkeys.Every traveler should experience the ethereal glow and seemingly endless heights of this bamboo grove on the outskirts of Kyoto. The experience even extends beyond the visual realm: In 1996, Japan's Ministry of the Environment included the sounds here—wood creaking, leaves rustling—as one of    the top 100 Soundscapes of Japan. If you’ve been planning a trip to Kyoto, you’ve probably seen pictures of the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove – along with the torii tunnels of Fushimi-Inari-Taisha Shrine and Kinkaku-ji Temple, it’s one of the most photographed sights in the city. But no picture can capture the feeling of standing in the midst of this sprawling bamboo grove – the whole thing has a palpable sense of otherness that is quite unlike that of any normal forest we know of.

මෙම අරෂියාමා උණ බම්බු  උද්‍යානය සාගා-අරෂියාමා දුම්රිය ස්ථානයට නුදුරින් පිහිටි කුඩා කන්දක් මත පිහිටා ඇත.ඉතාමත් අලංකාරත්වයකින් යුත් මෙම උද්‍යානය සංචාරකයන්ගේ නෙත් සිත් වසග කරවන ස්ථානයකි.සෑම සංචාරකයකුම මෙම උණ බම්බු උද්‍යානයේ නිමක් නැති ඉතාමත් උස උණ ගස් වල චමත්කාරත්වය අත් විදිය යුතුමය.1996 දී ජපානයේ පරිසර අමාත්‍යංශය විසින් ජපානයේ හොදම ශබ්ද දර්ශන 100න් එකක් ලෙස මෙම උද්‍යානය නම් කර ඇත.ඔබ කියෝතෝ නගරය වෙත සංචාරයක් සැලසුම් කර ඇත්නම් මෙම ස්ථානය අමතක නොකල යුතු ස්ථානයකි.තවද ෆුෂිමි-ඉනාරි-තායිෂා දේවස්ථානය සහ කිංකකු-ජි කෝවිලේ ටෝරි උමං මාර්ගයද මග හැර නොගත යුතුය.මෙම ස්ථාන නගරයේ වඩාත්ම ඡායාරූප ගත කළ ස්ථානයි. මෙම උණ බම්බු වත්ත මැද සිටගෙන සිටීමේ හැඟීම කිසිම පින්තූරයකට ග්‍රහණය කරගත නොහැකිය - අප දන්නා ඕනෑම සාමාන්‍ය වනාන්තරයකට වඩා වෙනස් ආකාරයකින් වෙනත් දේ පිළිබඳ පැහැදිලි හැඟීමක් මෙහි සිටීමේදී ඔබට දැනේ.
